Humanics Lab was honoured to deliver an executive training session for the Ministry of Roads and Highways on the theme National Infrastructure Leadership & Big Push Governance.
The session was delivered by Professor Kwasi Dartey-Baah conjunction with our Director of Education, Adams Alhassan and brought together the leadership of the Ministry, including the Deputy Minister, Hon. Alhassan Suhuyini, alongside senior officials and leaders across the institution.
The training provided an important platform for reflection on the leadership, governance, and coordination required to drive major national infrastructure priorities. With a focus on the principles of effective infrastructure leadership and the strategic demands of the Big Push agenda, the session highlighted the importance of institutional alignment, execution discipline, and public sector leadership in delivering transformative national projects.
The strong participation of the Ministry’s leadership, including the presence of the Deputy Minister, reflects the Government’s commitment to advancing the Big Push and strengthening the governance systems needed to support large-scale infrastructure delivery. It also demonstrates a clear dedication to building the leadership capacity required to translate national ambition into measurable development outcomes.
At Humanics Lab, we believe that national transformation depends not only on policy and investment, but also on leadership capability, institutional readiness, and effective governance. We are proud to support public sector institutions through high-impact executive learning engagements that contribute to stronger implementation and long-term national progress.
We thank the Ministry of Roads and Highways for the opportunity to deliver this important session and remain committed to supporting leadership development, institutional strengthening, and practical capacity building across Ghana.
