Education, SME & Non-Profits Manager – Ref:ACC1037

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Education, SME & Non-Profits Manager to join our team. The Education, SME & Non-Profits Manager will lead our efforts to develop and implement impactful programs and initiatives in the areas of education, entrepreneurship, and non-profit support.

Key responsibilities :

Education Initiatives:
  • Develop and oversee education programs and initiatives aimed at improving access to quality education, enhancing digital literacy, and fostering innovation in learning.
  • Collaborate with educational institutions, government agencies, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for partnership and program development.
  • Manage relationships with schools, universities, and educational organizations to promote Humanics Lab’s education initiatives and recruit participants.
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, collect feedback from participants, and make data-driven decisions to improve program outcomes.

 

SME Support:
  • Design and implement programs and services to support SMEs in areas such as business development, digital transformation, and access to finance.
  • Provide training, mentorship, and technical assistance to SMEs to help them grow and succeed in competitive markets.

  • Identify funding opportunities and facilitate access to financing options for SMEs through partnerships with financial institutions, investors, and donors.
  • Organise networking events, workshops, and conferences to connect SMEs with resources, mentors, and potential collaborators.

 
Non-Profit Collaboration:
  • Build and maintain relationships with non-profit organizations, community groups, and civil society organizations to support their capacity-building efforts and social impact initiatives.
  • Identify areas of synergy and collaboration between Humanics Lab and non-profit partners to maximize impact and leverage resources effectively.
  • Provide technical assistance, training, and resources to non-profits to help them strengthen their organizational capacity, develop sustainable funding models, and achieve their mission.
  • Organise networking events, workshops, and conferences to connect SMEs with resources, mentors, and potential collaborators.
