Mentorship Program Manager – Ref:ACC1039

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Mentorship Program Manager to lead our mentorship initiatives and support the growth and development of aspiring entrepreneurs and changemakers. The Mentorship Program Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating mentorship programs that provide participants with valuable guidance, support, and networking opportunities.

Key responsibilities :

Program Development:
  • Design and develop mentorship programs tailored to the needs of target participants, including entrepreneurs, students, and community leaders.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify program objectives, curriculum content, and participant selection criteria.

  • Create program materials, including mentorship guides, training resources, and program schedules, to support the implementation of mentorship activities.
 
Mentor Recruitment and Training:
  • Recruit and onboard mentors from diverse backgrounds and industries, ensuring a match with the skills, expertise, and interests of program participants.
  • Develop mentorship training sessions and workshops to equip mentors with the necessary skills and tools to effectively support mentees.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to mentors throughout the program, including regular check-ins, feedback sessions, and professional development opportunities.

     

 
Participant Engagement and Support:
  • Facilitate the matching process between mentors and mentees based on compatibility and program goals, ensuring a positive and productive mentoring relationship.
  • Coordinate mentorship meetings, workshops, and networking events to facilitate meaningful interactions and knowledge sharing between mentors and mentees.
  • Monitor mentee progress, track program outcomes, and collect feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of the mentorship program and make continuous improvements.
 
Program Promotion and Outreach:
  • Develop marketing materials and communication strategies to promote the mentorship program and recruit participants and mentors.
  • Establish partnerships with local organizations, universities, and community groups to expand the reach and impact of the mentorship program.
  • Represent Humanics Lab at events, conferences, and networking opportunities to raise awareness of the mentorship program and engage potential participants and partners.
  • Organise networking events, workshops, and conferences to connect SMEs with resources, mentors, and potential collaborators.
