UI/UX Designer – Ref:ACC1035

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team in Accra, Ghana. The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces and experiences for our digital platforms and applications. The ideal candidate will have a passion for user-centered design and a strong understanding of usability principles.

Key responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user needs.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Design user interfaces that are visually appealing, easy to use, and align with brand guidelines.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of user personas, user journeys, and product metrics to inform decision-making and optimization efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and meet quality standards.
  • Location : Accra, hybrid
